My,it's been a while since I got a critique! I use pencil,pen then markers.X3 I get what you mean,but his neck is fluffy,see?The fur sortta..."floofs" outwards. -- -Life is like a walnut cake,throughly mixed up,nutty and tastes like a bad joke. Just your average crazy,computer illiterate furry artist.  I wasn't criticising how the fur on his neck looked. I pointed out what
was wrong with the neck of the bottle. -- Bring me......the bore....worms! Oh.

The wagging of his tail also helps to compliment that
cheekiness.
It's just amazing how well you blend human anatomy
and animal features together so seemlessly.
Your blending shading is simply flawless-it's hard to see
and pen/brush strokes. You have a knack for giving fur
the proper weight and texture, as well.
If there is something I'd really point out as a flaw is
the shape of the bottle neck. It should really taper
more towards the top. (pardon me if I seemed a little
persnickety there)
That aside, keep up the good work, old chap!
